Terms of service
Welcome to ANBERSO Global. These Terms of Service apply when you use anbersoglobal.com or purchase from OPENTHEORY, Inc. Mandatory rights under applicable consumer law remain unaffected.
1. Access and accounts
You must be legally able to enter into a purchase contract in your place of residence. You are responsible for keeping your account information and credentials secure and for providing accurate contact, billing, and delivery information.
2. Products and availability
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Colors and appearance may vary by screen and natural material variation. Product availability, quantities, and specifications may change. We may limit or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, an error is identified, or additional verification is required.
3. Orders
An order submitted through the Site is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we accept the order. If we cannot accept an order, we will notify the customer and, where payment has already been captured, arrange the appropriate refund.
For the Custom Made service, we accept your formal order when you have agreed to our final quotation and specifications and completed payment for that formal order. An enquiry, quotation request or incomplete payment does not confirm a formal order. If we cannot accept or fulfil an order, we will notify you and provide the refund or other remedy required by the agreed terms and applicable law.
4. Prices, shipping, and import charges
Prices and the order currency are shown at checkout. For supported destinations, tracked international shipping is currently free on physical-goods orders outside the Custom Made service with a merchandise subtotal of US$50 or more. See our Shipping Policy for the current scope.
Custom Made product prices and separately charged international shipping are stated in the final quotation and payment summary. The standard free-shipping offer does not apply to the Custom Made service.
Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, destination-country customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage charges, and similar fees are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Personalized and bespoke orders
The customer is responsible for checking spelling, characters, colors, dimensions, logos, and other submitted specifications.
Personalized or bespoke items outside the Custom Made service cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has begun, except where defective, damaged, or different from the accepted order.
Custom Made service
Once you have agreed to the final quotation and specifications and completed payment for your formal order, we order materials specifically for your item. From that point, we cannot accept customer-initiated cancellations, specification changes, returns, exchanges or refunds for a change of mind, even if production has not yet begun. This restriction does not affect remedies for faulty, damaged or incorrect goods, or rights to cancellation, a refund or other remedies for delay, non-delivery or other non-performance where applicable law requires them. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
6. Returns
Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
7. Intellectual property
Site content, product designs, text, images, video, and logos are owned by or licensed to ANBERSO / OPENTHEORY, Inc. They may not be reproduced, distributed, or modified without prior written permission, except as permitted by law.
8. Prohibited use
You must not use the Site unlawfully, infringe intellectual-property rights, interfere with Site security, introduce malicious code, or attempt unauthorized access.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rules that apply in the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected.
