Tracked international shipping is free for physical-goods orders outside the Custom Made service with a merchandise subtotal of US$50 or more to supported destinations. Custom Made service: For the Custom Made service, the product price and separately charged international shipping are stated in the final quotation and payment summary before the formal order. | Delivery Time |
Processing: In-stock standard items normally require 1–2 business days. Orders with custom name embroidery normally require 5–7 business days before dispatch. Transit: Delivery is generally estimated at 6–14 business days after dispatch using a tracked international postal or courier service selected for the destination. Please see our Shipping Policy for details and possible delays. Custom Made service: The standard processing periods and general transit estimate do not apply automatically to Custom Made orders. The production and dispatch schedule, and any available transit estimate for the individual item and delivery address, are confirmed in the final quotation before the formal order. |
